Is it really free for the first month?
Yes. Sign up, build your site, and go live — no card required for the first month. After that it's A$16.67 per month billed annually.
What happens when the free month ends?
We email you before it ends. If you don’t upgrade, your site stays online for a 30-day grace period. After that we pause public rendering, but your content stays safe — pick a plan any time to bring it back.
Can we sell merch, registrations and tickets?
Yes. Every LocalOrbit site comes with an online store. Sell club merch, season registrations and memberships, event tickets and fundraisers — payments are handled securely by Stripe and paid out straight to your club’s bank account.
Does it work with PlayHQ, Squadi or Dribl?
Yes. Connect your PlayHQ, Squadi or Dribl competition once and your fixtures, results and ladders flow onto your website automatically — no double entry.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add a custom domain in the portal in one click — DNS instructions appear next to a live status check. Free SSL is automatic.
Can I connect my social media?
Yes. Link your Instagram, X, YouTube, and Facebook and they appear across your site — in the header, footer, and profiles.
How is this different from Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow?
Those are general-purpose. LocalOrbit is built specifically for local sports clubs — the content model, templates, and editing flow match how teams actually work, with the right fields, templates, and voice baked in. Less assembly, more posting.
